Mr. Smrajit Roychowdhury, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner, Binapani Roychowdhury has died and there is none to proceed with the present application on behalf of the petitioner any further and as such he prayed for passing necessary order. He further submits that he lost the death certificate on 6th March, 2024 and for which he has lodged F.I.R. with the local Police Station.

A copy of such F.I.R. is produced before this Court and is taken on record.

In such view of the matter, the revisional application, being C.O. 2182 of 2019 is dismissed for want of prosecution.

The Trial Court is directed to proceed with the main suit, being Title Suit No. 17062 of 2014 (Debajit Roychowdhury Vs. Binapani Roychowdhury & Anr.) as expeditiously as possible.
