Challenging one notice dated 23rd May, 2008 by issuing which the meeting of the Managing Committee of the school concerned was called on 31st May, 2008, the writ petition was preferred. After 2008 none has turned up to represent the writ petitioner.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
