Counsel for the petitioners submits that since after filing of the instant writ petition, Margram Police Station has taken steps and the petitioners are able to cultivate their lands.

Counsel for the Margram Police Station submits that proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out.

Margram Police Station shall, however ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Instructions of Officer-in-charge, Margram Police Station dated 13th September, 2021 addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
