1. Perused the report of the Additional District Sub Registrar, Shyampur, Howrah dated 24th September, 2025. Wherefrom it appears that the said officer visited the residence of the husband of the petitioner, the person concerned who intends to sell the property on commission.

2. It was noticed that the said person is in a vegetative state. He is physically and mentally not fit either for taking a decision or signing any document.

3. In such circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner to permit execution of the sale deed on commission cannot be allowed.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for for taking appropriate steps in the matter in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
