The petitioner alleges that he has not been allowed to attend the regular classes and the college is also preventing him from participating in the internal assessment.

The college denies the allegations.

It has been submitted by the college that the petitioner can very well participate in the internal assessment if he so desires.

Accordingly, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

WPA 14393 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
