In view of the order dated 31st January 2022 this Court is of the view that nothing further remains to be adjudicated. The order is made absolute and the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The petitioner's application for transfer shall be considered in terms of the circular dated 22nd September 2021 as notified on 3rd January 2022 afresh by the concerned District Inspector of Schools. There shall be no order as to costs.
