Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet has been submitted on 12th April, 2019 and the next date is fixed on 24th October, 2024.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to exhaust all procedure for securing the attendance of the accused persons in the present matter and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, CRR 2138 of 2024 is disposed of.
