... for the State-respondent(s) Re The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation, which was advanced before the Officer-in-charge of Tangra Police Station dated 21.04.2025, was not taken into consideration and the grievance of the petitioner was not even addressed.

The petitioner apprehends that the private respondent(s) may dispossess her and her daughter from the said premises and, to that effect, approached the police authorities.

State has submitted a report

which reflects that the disputes are between the two sister-in-laws and the same is over a room at premises No. 53, Debendra Chandra Dey Road, PO+PSTangra, Kolkata-700015. The report also speaks that presently the situation is peaceful.

In view of the report submitted by the police authorities and the representation which has been made is because of apprehension and anxiety, I direct that the police authorities would only oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place over the issue complained of.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13233 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
