It appears that petitioners have lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Earlier order dated 9th July, 2024 requires correction. At the heading of the said order year of the writ petition has been wrongly described

as "2024" instead of "2022". Hence, at the heading of the order dated 9th July, 2024 writ petition number should be read as "W.P.A.

13068 of 2022" instead of "W.P.A. 13068 of 2024".

Department is directed to make necessary correction.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
