Heard learned advocates appearing for the petitioner. None appears for the respondents. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by action of the respondent authorities concerned taking steps for recovery of admitted loan which has not yet been paid and the petitioner is still not ready and willing to pay back the loan with interest and considering such conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to invoke the constitutional writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and to give any protection to such type of borrower/petitioner and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 13456 of 2023 is dismissed.
