The petitioner and the private respondents are engaged in a dispute over a property and, to that effect, informations were furnished.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities at the relevant point of time have registered Chakdah PS Case No. 548 of 2025 dated 08.06.2025.

So far as the issue relating to

possession is concerned, the same would be considered by the learned civil court as I find from the records of the case that the petitioner has already filed TS 32 of 2017.

In the meantime, the police authorities would continue their surveillance as also ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13374 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
