Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 14th February, 2025 considering the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two other co accused have been granted bail after the said order was passed. The orders demonstrate that the co accused who were granted bail do not stand on the same footing as the petitioner herein.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. In an application for bail filed by a co accused Md. Arman learned counsel for the State submitted that the prosecution proposes to examine 7 more witnesses and examination will be concluded in another 2 months subject

to co operation by the accused and systemic reasons. The said time frame is not over as yet.

In view of the above and also since there is no change in circumstances of the case after bail prayer of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court earlier, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
