Pursuant to our query as recorded in our order dated July 16, 2024, learned Advocate for the petitioner today apprises us that the petitioner has not even applied for the EPIC Card. Prima facie, there is nothing on record to show that he is an Indian national.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected. CRM (DB) 1651 of 2024 is dismissed.
