The Councilors of the Ghatal Municipality & Ors. Seeking a direction upon the concerned respondents to ensure compliance of instruction contained in a notice dated 19th February, 2008 by the respondent nos.4 and 5, this writ petition was preferred. After 2008 none has turned up to represent the writ petitioner.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
