1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The petitioner is alleged to have cautioned the deceased not to meet his beloved if he wants his welfare and it is also alleged that on some occasion he had assaulted the deceased. However, charge-sheet in this case having already been filed, question of custodial interrogation is totally closed.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, tender age of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia within 15 days from today in connection with Santipur P.S. case No. 288 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023. On his appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
