In this pandemic situation, it is not expected that the learned Magistrate in the Court below shall proceed with the case at a usual pace. However, keeping in mind the innocuous nature of the prayer, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Magistrate in the Court below and to dispose of the complaint case no. CNS/62 of 2018 expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Revisional application CRR 1752 of 2021 is disposed of.
