Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The husband of the petitioner was enlarged on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State refers to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offences and considering the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM 5869 of 2021is, accordingly, dismissed.
