1. By way of filing this public interest litigation petition the petitioner alleges that a water body is being filled up by the private respondents and a representation is submitted before the appropriate authority.

2. Mr. Ray, learned Government Pleader submitted that the 2nd respondent will be the appropriate authority to consider the representation.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear personally in the office of the 2nd respondent and submit a copy of representation along with a copy of the order. On receipt of the same, the authority concerned shall consider the representation and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
