Ms. Roy, learned advocate appearing in support of the instant revisional application by placing before this Court the final report of the mediation dated 13th December 2024 held in connection with CRR 2743 of 2024 submits that all disputes between the parties have been settled and having regard thereto, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the instant revisional application. 2.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party acknowledges the fact that the disputes between the parties have been settled.

Since, it is submitted by the parties that disputes have been settled, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the instant revisional application pending.

In view thereof, C.O. 1871 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
