The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application to Mr. Tanmoy Kr. Ghosh, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance should be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Today a report has been submitted, prepared by the Inspector in Charge, Serampore Police Station in connection with NGR (S) Case No. 434 of 2023 under Section 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In the said case, the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly by its order dated 16.05.2023 was pleased to impose a bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with three sureties (i) High School Teacher, (ii) respectful person of a locality (iii) employee of nationalized bank. The aforesaid conditions of the character of the sureties are absurd for an individual to furnish. The said conditions so imposed is hereby set aside. The petitioner would furnish bond of Rs. 5000/- each with two sureties before the Learned ACJM, Serempore, Hooghly. The learned ACJM on such bond being furnished would release the petitioner if he is not connected with any other case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR No. 2079 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
