In the matter of : Bhola Debnath ..... petitioner Mr. Arijit Ghosh Mr. Subrata Saha .....For the petitioner Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta .....For the State Apprehending arrest in connection with Tapan Police Station Case No. 179 of 2020 dated 10.06.2020 under Sections 21(c)/22(c)/23(c)/27(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 the present application has been preferred.

Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the materials in the case diary, it appears that the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail had been rejected earlier by an order dated 2nd July, 2020 passed in CRM No. 4715 of 2020 and thereafter there had been no substantial change in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view thereof, the present application being CRM No. 5854 of 2021 is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
