The petitioner no. 1 has filed one representation (at page 84 and 85) and the other petitioner has filed one representation (at page 82 and 83).

I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the petitioners. With the above observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to pay the full court fees in course of the day and mention the matter at 3 p. m.
