Copy of the instructions forwarded to the learned advocate appearing for the State respondent by the Inspector-in-Charge, Burdwan P.S., Purba Bardhaman handed up to Court is taken on record. Mr. Felix, learned advocate for the petitioner hands up to Court a copy of a letter dated July 14, 2025, written by the writ petitioner stating that the matter has been settled and that there is no further grievance to proceed against the private respondents in WPA 13046 of 2025. Mr. Felix submits that he has instructions to pray for withdrawal of the writ petition. The said letter dated July 14, 2025, written by the writ petitioner is taken on record.

In such view of the matter, WPA 13046 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
