1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Charge-sheet is stated to be submitted in the meantime. One Bablu Biswas, co-accused is shown to have been granted the benefit of anticipatory bail vide order dated 31.10.2022 passed in CRM (A) 4789 of 2022.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of injury sustained by the victim, completion of investigation and question of parity, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat within days from today in connection with Ranaghat P.S. case No. 563 of 2022 dated 07.08.2022. On his appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
