This is an application for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.168 of 2021 pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar. It appears from the certified copy of the order that on 18th July, 2022 the trial Court passed an order issuing warrant of arrest against the

accused No.6. The said warrant of arrest has not been executed as yet. Thus, attendance of all accused persons is not ensured in the trial Court. At this stage, this Court passed any order directing the sub-ordinate Court to dispose of the criminal case expeditiously. The instant criminal revision being premature is dismissed.
