The petitioners will meet the Officer-In-Charge, Tarakeswar Police Station on August 6, 2022 at 11 a.m.

A responsible police official along with a lady constable will accompany the petitioners to their residence, situated at Bhanjipur, under Police Station Tarakeswar.

The respondent nos.4&5 shall not create any disturbance during such entry of the petitioners to the residential house.

It is the specific submissions of the said respondents that they had never disturbed the petitioners and they undertake to look after the petitioners in the best possible manner.

It is expected that the parties shall resolve their disputes and remain peacefully in their residence.

This Court does not make any observations with regard to the pending investigation.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in this writ petition against the respondents, are deemed to be denied.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
