Order sheet reveals on 18th June, 2021 appellants were represented and adjournment obtained. On 25th June, 2021 submission on behalf of appellants was, appellant no.3 had died and there is application for substitution. On 6th July, 2021 we gave direction for locating the application and said that in event the application is not traced out by adjourned date, there would be direction for reconstruction of the record. Yesterday the appeal was listed and called on but none appeared on behalf of appellants.

We are convinced appellants have lost interest to prosecute the appeal.

SAT 2843 of 2001 is dismissed.
