None appears for the respondents.

The sole grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has already preferred an application under Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 and since the Tribunal has not been functioning in absence of the judicial member, the application has been pending for long.

The jurisdictional Tribunal, immediately after resuming its function shall take up the proceeding and shall come to its logical conclusion with reasons strictly in accordance with law.

This exercise shall be carried out and completed by the jurisdictional Tribunal

positively within a period of six months from the date of resuming its regular functioning. It is made clear that, this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter at all and all points are kept open for the parties to urge before the jurisdictional tribunal.

It is expected that, no unnecessary adjournment should be granted to the parties. On the above terms this writ petition W.P.A. 13057 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
