Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner do not intend to press the revisional application.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Begg, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

In view of the prayer so advanced for withdrawing the revisional application, I direct the department to return the certified copy to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner after the same being replaced by photostat copy.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2083 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
