Based on the medical opinion in respect of the petitioner's health, the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal has issued orders permitting him to join service.

Joining of the petitioner shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to take decisions including the initiation of proceedings for any unauthorized absence of the petitioner.

The report of the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal dated 25th June, 2024 is kept with the record.

In that view of the matter, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

6.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
