In Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred against an order dated 15-02-2012 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas in Criminal Motion No. 421 of 2011 wherein the order dated 02.06.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur in M. Case No. 275 of 2009 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was challenged.

I have perused the order passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge by which the petitioner challenged the interim maintenance which was granted to the wife/opposite party and her minor daughter.

Having regard to the fact that the interim maintenance was allowed to the extent of Rs.3000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2000/- per month to the minor

child, I am of the view that no interference is called for so far as the quantum of maintenance is concerned.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1942 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
