Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of proceeding being G.R. case no. 604 of 2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum the matter may be considered without service of notice upon the private opposite party. The private opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that out of 7 charge-sheeted witnesses 4 witnesses have been examined.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within one year from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. The revisional application is disposed of.
