Earlier on 20th August, 2014, the matter was dismissed for default and consequent there upon application being CAN 9374 of 2014 was filed. However, after filing of the same, none appears in support of the petition.

6th June, 2023, the matter was adjourned. Then again 13th June, 2023 the matter was adjourned. The conduct of the petitioner demonstrates lack of interest to proceed with the matter.

I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter suo motu.

The application being CAN 9374 of 2014 stands dismissed for default with cost of Rs. 5,000/- C.P. consequent there upon CAN 7056 of 2014 also stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court forthwith.
