Neguive Ahmed, A.P.P Ms. Amita Gour ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody for 450 days and it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing the role of the petitioner in the murder. Under such circumstance and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
