Report submitted by Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State be kept with the record. Record reflects that Hasna Bibi @ Hajna Bibi died on 5th September, 2023 which was enquired into by the officer concerned attached to Baruipur Police Station. A Photostat copy of the death certificate has been enclosed. A G.D entry has been lodged with the Baruipur PS as the genuinity of the death certificate was certified by the Pradhan of the gram panchayat and the same was also verified by the doctor who issued the same. Having considered the report so submitted by the State, I am of the view that the application for cancellation of bail which has been filed has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application for cancellation for bail being CRM(SB) 138 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
