On perusal of the entire materials placed before this Court including the case diary and the report from the Facebook, it reveals that the allegation of uploading offending picture of the victim by using the mobile phone of the present accused/petitioner gets due support from the statement of the victim as recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as from the report of the Facebook.

Considering the seriousness of the offence prayer for bail of

the petitioner is considered and rejected.

CRM (DB) 2239 of 2023 is dismissed.
