Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. By an order dated 15th April, 2024 passed by this Court in WPA 9449 of 2024, liberty was granted to the petitioner nos.11, 13 and 20 to obtain necessary relief from the regular Court like applying for anticipatory bail and it was directed that they would not be arrested in connection with Khejuri P. S. Case No.103 of 2024 for a period of three weeks. However, appropriate steps could not be taken as there were some unavoidable circumstances prevailing before the learned District Court. In view of the above, such date may be extended for sometime.

Learned senior standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, let the three petitioners nos.11, 13 and 20 in WPA 9449 of 2024 not be arrested in connected with the above referred case for a period of two weeks from date. In the

meantime, they shall have the liberty to apply for anticipatory bail in the regular Court.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
