In Re: CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRAN 1125 of 2020) The reasons so assigned do not make out any ground for restoring the revisional application as the records reflect that no one appeared before the Hon'ble Court on 5th February, 2020 and 6th February, 2020. The reasons so assigned by the petitioner reflect in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the revisional application which is only a reason assigned in respect of the date when the co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to dismiss the revisional application. No reason has been assigned as to why on the earlier occasion also no advocate represented the petitioner to present the case. I do not find any substantive grounds to recall the earlier order in view of the reasons so assigned in the application.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRAN 1125 of 2020) is dismissed.
