1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The husband of the petitioner is alleged to have committed suicide. The allegation against the petitioner is that she demanded Rs. 5,00,000/- from the deceased in lieu of divorce. Charge-sheet is stated to be submitted in the meantime.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur within 15 days from today in connection with Chandrakona P.S. case No. 364 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020. On her appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
