Execution Case No.309 of 2018 passed y the learned Magistrate, 5th Court, Howrah(Sadar) which executed the ex-parte order dated 8.5.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th court, Howrah(Sadar) in Misc. Case No.494 of 2018.

As none appears for the the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
