Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner met with an accident while returning from school resulting in locomotor disability of upper limb.

It is stated that District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad being respondent no.5 forwarded the transfer application of the petitioner to the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal vide memo dated 19th September, 2024. However, leave is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner which would permit her to make application afresh in prescribed

pro-forma seeking transfer since petitioner suffered locomotor disability of upper limb due to accident. 4.

State respondents, West Bengal Central School Service Commission and West Bengal Board of Secondary Education are represented by learned advocates. 5.

Petitioner shall be at leave to make an application afresh, in accordance with law, seeking transfer. If such application is made, it is expected that the concerned respondent authorities shall take steps immediately thereafter for processing the transfer application of the petitioner.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
