Contempt is alleged of the order dated 2nd April, 2024.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick has produced documents including solvency certificate submitted by the M/s. SMS Security Services issued by its bank dated 4th April, 2024. The banker certified that the credit turnover of M/s. SMS Security Services is more than Rs.20 lakhs between 1st March, 2023 to 31st March, 2023.

Chandan Sengupta has emerged as the winner amongst all L1 bidders, in the "draw of lots" and work order has been issued to him on 17th April, 2024. 4.

This Court finds that the alleged contemnor has complied with this Court's order dated 2nd April, 2024. 5.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Instructions and documents produced by the Jhargram Govt. Medical College and Hospital are taken on record.

7.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

10.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
