1. It appears that the writ application has already been dismissed for default on 1st September 2022. However, since the original order sheet could not be found in the file, the department was directed to trace out the order sheet and to file a report.

2. Pursuant to such direction, the department has filed a report dated 5th April 2023 and has traced out the original order of dismissal, which has been tagged, to the said office report.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, let the writ application be treated as dismissed for default. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
