Mr. Satadru Lahiri Mr. S. Azam ..for the respdts.4-11 The petitioner alleges continuous torture by the respondent nos. 4 to 11 and wilful violation of the undertaking given before a coordinate bench. The petitioner further alleges ouster from the property. The police authorities shall ensure that the petitioner and the respondent nos. 4&5 reside peacefully in the premises in question. The learned Advocate for the respondents submit that the petitioner has tried to partition the rooms, thereby violating the order of status quo.

The police authorities shall further ensure that the order of the civil court granting status quo with regard to the nature and character of the property in question is maintained. The pending investigations initiated by the parties inter se, shall continue in accordance with law.

The petitioner will meet the Officer In Charge, Haroa Police Station on August 6, 2022 at 11 a.m. The Officer In Charge, Haroa Police Station shall ensure safe entry of the petitioner to the residential house. The petitioner shall enjoy one room and the respondent nos. 4&5 shall enjoy the other room. Both the parties shall enjoy the common area. The respondent nos. 6 to 11 shall not create any disturbance as they are outsiders and the dispute is between family members with regard to enjoyment of the common property.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
