Despite an adjournment being granted on June 25, 2024, the petitioner remains unrepresented. On behalf of the State-respondents, it is submitted that the writ petition is not maintainable and there is an alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioner.

In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in seriously proceeding with this writ petition.

In view of the above, WPA 14459 of 2024 stands dismissed for default.
