The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside the order dated 28.03.2019 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, 3rd Court, Berhampore in Criminal Revision Case No.94 of 2018 wherein the learned Session Judge was pleased to set aside the order dated 20.04.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Berhampore in M.R Case No.775 of 2012(T.R 1290 of 2012).

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
