1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the parties including the statement of the witnesses.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, substantial progress in the investigation and the fact that some jute straw is alleged to have been burnt that was stalked behind the house of the informant at the instance of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with Krishnaganj Police Station Case No. 189 of 2023 dated 28.05.2023.

4. Within 21 days of the receipt of server copy or certified copy of this order, the petitioner is directed to appear before the I.O along with a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
