3. It is submitted by Ms. Das that under cover of letter dated 17.09.2025, her client has instructed to withdraw the instant writ petition.

4. Ms. Das thus submits that an appropriate order may be passed.

5. In view of the submission as made by Ms. Das, WPA 13280 of 2025 stands hereby withdrawn and is hereby disposed of.
