1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioner,s we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
