Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Let the supplementary affidavit and the report of the SI of Police, Baranagar P.S., as filed, be kept on record. It appears that upon completion of investigation, chargesheet has already been submitted. There is no adverse report against the petitioner. The petitioner has also surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 20th July, 2018 passed in CRM 5005 of 2018, to the effect that 'he shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders', is waived.

However, the petitioner/applicant shall be present before the learned court below on all the dates, as specified for hearing. In the event he fails to comply with the aforesaid direction, without any justifiable cause, the learned Court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail, in accordance with law, without further reference to this Court.

The applications, being CRAN 2 of 2019 [Old No.: CRAN 4337 of 2018] and CRAN 3 of 2021 are disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rabindranath Samanta, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
